Our Terms – by using our service you are agreeing to the following minimum set of terms.

Public Users

By providing your data you are accepting these terms and conditions.

Your data is required for the purposes of recording your entry and/or exit to a premise. Your information will be stored on secure servers for the purpose of making it available to the establishment or owner of the premises to inform the governments test and trace service.

We or the establishment may contact you should we feel necessary as this may be the fastest route of notification. Your information will be held by us in conjunction with best practice and data privacy laws.

When registering we collect the minimal amount of data needed to operate an effective service. We use your mobile phone as a means of identification and place a small convenience cookie on your phone to ease registration on subsequent visits to and establishment using our service. We use your email address should we need to contact you.

You have the right to request access to any information we hold at any time by contacting us via email.

Your information will be available and accessible to the establishment via our service for at least the time required for notification to the test and trace service. As this is an evolving service, me may retain minimal data for archive, usage analysis purposes to improve our services. We may involve occasional marketing / promotional /loyalty activity by ourselves, the establishement visited or trusted third parties which you will have the option to opt out of at any time.

All data is held within the UK.

Establishments.

Must provide an easily accessible QR code for their staff visitors and guests and encouraged everyone to use the system themselves via scanning the QR with their mobile phone. The manual "kiosk" type data entry system should be utilized if this is not possible for any reason.

The information is stored on our secure servers and the establishment has the right to access or download the information using the Manage Account section of our website. Any data collected is owned by us, as the provider of the service.

Should the establishment need to access the data, any information retrieved from our system must be held in the strictest confidence by your establishment and staff, and kept in compliance with local data protection laws. Only data held in conjunction with a specific QR location code will be available.

This information is provided to the establishment for the sole reason of transmission and transfer to the governments TEST and TRACE process as defined at the time and may not be used for any other purpose without consent.

Our service will be provided as long as the fee has been paid and should this lapse then the service and access to the data will be terminated or denied.
