How Do I Register My Business?

Its really easy ! Go to the registration page answer a few short question about your business and create we create a unique QR code. Download this image and place strategically around your premises and that’s it!

What Happens When a Guest / Customer / Employee Arrives?

How you want to operate in terms of having the code at an entry point or at a table or in a specific location within your premises. When the code is scanned with a mobile phone the customer/ guest will be taken to our website where they enter the data required by the government should they need to be contacted. Their information is held on secure servers for the maximum period – currently 21 days.

My Guest Does Not Have a Mobile Phone – What Then?

You or a member of staff can log into your business page on our system and register the guest instead.

What Happens If I Am Contact With a Suspected Case of Corona Virus?

Should one of your guests or customers inform you of a possible infection it is your responsibility to inform the governments TEST and TRACE service and provide them the details of people who have been in the venue at the same times as the possible infected person.

We make it easy to obtain this information in a CSV file (comma separated values - a form of excel / text file). Just log into your account enter the date and time range you want to search for; the the system will create this list in the file. You can download this file from the website and send it to the government TEST and TRACE service.
